At Crater Valley we believe in serving only the most natural and fresh ingredients to our guests. Our home-style "Farm to Table" cuisine offers an opportunity to explore local flavors. Every morning we offer typical Panamanian breakfasts, including tropical fruit, local fire oven bread, farm fresh eggs, deep fried corn tortillas, sausages, local farm cheese, yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, homemade preserves, pan roasted organic or regular coffee, herbal infusions and natural sweeteners.
We also have a "concierge" concept going on as well: delightful meals can be individualized for you and set up in our gardens, terraces or rooms (only upon previous request). We feature local produce such as manioc, pixbae, chayote, pl�tano, guand�, cilantro, etc., in our menus. We use fresh vegetables, fruit, and herbs from our vegetable patch, fruit trees and herb garden.
The small bar at Crater Valley offers a distinguished selection of South American wines and both Panamanian and imported beers, as well as fresh fruit smoothies, a full cocktail menu and soft drinks to enjoy by the garden or pool.
